Drop the dynamic pricing or train your team to quote the actual price you are going to charge. F section needs some ground work to move the septic to the rear of the sites where all units have their hookups.Charging $3 for a wash and $3 for a dry but only allowing the cards to be filled in $5 increments as well as tacking on a 5% fee seems a bit dishonest.

As usual, everything was great.

the only issue we had was the wi-fi - it was terrible. It would be appreciated if that could be improved - even if a customer had to pay for service.

Excellent camp site

The Rondolyn wifi needs a huge improvement.Also, the golf course needs some TLC.These are the same two issues which we have mentioned in all our stays.

Site 45 the sewer hookup needs to improve. It’s way too high out of the ground.

We love the resort but for the first time ever, we had a few problems with the electrical. We did mention it to the staff and they advised us that they were upgrading the electrical boxes in the sites we were in. Hopefully that will correct the problem and everything will be back to 100 %.Also wifi was ok but could be better.

when the clubhouse is booked there should be a sign on all the doors to this effect.

Please consider upgrading the WiFi to 4G/5G. The current 2.4G system is inadequate for daily requirements such as online banking.
