The adult swim time 5:00-6:00 is at a very inconvenient time. This is usually when parents are cooking dinner for the family a well the sun is not shining on the pool at that time. I suggest 4:00-5:00 would be much better for the adult swim time and see no reason why it cannot be changed as the children have it for the entire day.

Site was lovely and staff are very friendly, helpful and prompt. A suggestion regarding pool schedule - would it be possible to have adult time only from 12-1 in addition to the evening hour? It seems like a good time since littles would be having lunch. My biggest concern this stay was related to safety and children / youth riding e-scooters and bicycles at high speed along the paved road but also cutting through empty sites, often at 10 pm or later. On my last night, after 11 pm, two youths on e-scooters went through my site twice, running over my power cord and dislodging it. I realize families come to Rondalyn to relax, have fun and let their children play in a safe space, and that riding bikes and scooters and staying up late is all part of the fun. The text reminder sent on July 2 was a great safety reminder. My only ‘wish’ is for better WiFi in the campground. I’m not from Nanaimo and was expecting to have internet access that would allow me to explore things to do in the area. See you next time!

If you could extend the swimming pool time hours up to 10pm would be great.

Label drains

Being in the 'tent/ or small trailer' section, more that one bathroom stall would be nice at that end of the park.

I received a number of emails during our stay reminding us of the rules regarding quiet time, etc however they were all generic so it was difficult to know if we were actually doing something wrong or these emails were sent to everyone registered. If there was an issue I would expect someone at the resort to talk to us it just made us feel uncomfortable not knowing. Also some consistency in when you can book for the following year would be nice it changes all the time

Your RV Resort is excellent, that's why we keep coming back. We do have one suggestion...it would be amazing if there was some sort of snack shack with hard ice cream (the ice cream bars in the office just doesn't cut it), freezes, muffins, coffee (especially on the days when we are packing up to leave and don't make coffee that day) etc. I'm sure more campers would love this as well. I know other campsite have this and they do very well....on hot days there is a line up for ice cream (everyone loves ice cream). Just a suggestion that we thought would make your RV resort complete.

Washroom near camping cabins had shut off that was too long so felt like we were wasting water. I mentioned that door hinge on cabin#3 needed some oil as really loud on opening. Really a place for people with dogs as there was a lot of them, mostly well behaved except one who barked all the time. Golf course was wonderful, enjoyed horse shoes as well as pool. Fellow campers were friendly. Pancake breakfast a nice touch. Everything felt safe & sanitary. First time at this location we usually do Gallagher Lake.
