The bathrooms need attention.

Everything was fantastic as usual! Thanks to all the Rondalyn staff for another great camping experience with my grandkids!

The secondary bathrooms need upgrading - the 1 sink was out of commission the whole weekend & they are old & need more toilet stalls.

I know this isn't likely possible with a commercial campground, but the "T" area gets crowded and noisy (kids, dogs, etc) when fully booked.

The laundry although clean had several machines not working?1 dryer for 3 machines is not acceptable ! I put 2 loads in there was a person ahead of me took me 3 hours to get it dry It was very hot out and you ran out of ice blocks ! I was there 2 weeks and was told no more ways come till the cubes were gone ? We had a fab time your facility is the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at !! The grounds are lovely well taken care of !! The wifi is not good but it’s a big place it’s ok by the clubhouse Thabk you

The lower washroom needs love, sink plugged and other sink not in use, ran out of paper towel and TP. It would be great to have a garbage at outdoor sink. Staff respond quickly to requests.

Stairs at cabin 1 were too high a step for me (I have mobility issues). More shorter steps or a ramp would help.Also some kitchen items weren’t there .next year I’ll bring my owns, but this was my first time in the cabin and I didn’t know what was there.(Pot big enough to cook corn in, frying pan for pancakes)

site 62 - the sewer connection is under neath the evergreen trees making it very awakward to attach sewer hose.Required deposit for club members booking for the following year is excessively high.Check in for club member is extremely late. - yes you have your excuses. But from other RV standards it is very late check in

Less noisy atvs coming back at 1 am one night but late on several nights. Noisy truck idling for long periods.
