While I appreciate the prompt response and the maintenance guy coming quickly. I wasn't notified when he would be coming and didn't know when to expect him. I work from home and was facilitating during an important meeting and could not stop to unlock the door for him the 1st time he came by. But He was very understanding and came back later that day.

The repair process was fast and thorough.

I’m still without power and it’s been days now. He said the motor for the ac/heater would be here and I get home and still without power.
