We used to enjoy living here, but now it has become average apartments at best. When the ownership transition happened, so did the change in quality. Our neighbors are worse than before. Upstairs in particular there is domestic abuse consistently loud enough to hear, and four people living in that same one bedroom. We considered even calling the police. Our other neighbor has been evicted without even living here for a year. That means to me, that Rosemary is letting anyone in that they can. We constantly make calls and emails to the office and managers that get ignored on a regular basis. The upstairs neighbors were supposed to be fined for lease violation of noise and nothing has changed. I doubt they did anything. The only good thing about this place is the amenities, and the maintenance staff. Ron and Jose are quick, friendly and helpful in every way. They are truly the only people holding this place together. Though, if I could afford it, I would move out as quick as possible. The consistent black mold, terrible neighbors, and costly living is not worth it.

The tour was great, the salesperson was kind and helpful. The buildings and grounds were nice. Yvette was amazing, she took such great care of me, and helped me with all my needs. I am so grateful to have meet her. Thank you

I truly enjoy my experience living at Rosemary however, I would appreciate if management would enforce stronger regulations for late night noise control.

Its been pleasant but I would highly reccomend servicing your washers and dish washers before people move in. I cleaned so much slime and mold from my dishwasher filters and the washing machine I had the first time kept leaving my clothes with a weird mildew smell that was impossible to get rid of. Other than those two minor things I would say everything is pretty nice.

Can we please be more informative to your residents of upcoming renovations at least 48 hours ahead of time. Also for any required maintenance. Ex. If you know Monday, the work will be performed, notify residents by no later than Friday. Patios seem to be a collect all space, I would like to see cleaner areas. In our lease agreement, patios are to be clean and not used as storage areas but I see quite a few that are used in this manner.

As I am close to my year anniversary from signing my lease I can say I have no complaints honestly. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The community here is nice as well.
