Always fantastic service from maintenance here.

Terrible service. I requested they did not show up, or enter the apartment unless me or my roommate were home. They did not communicate at all. Zero notice was given. Thr issue was fixed but when? Did they just enter my home while I was sleeping? My roommate didnt know, I didnt know. And they never even told us it was done. We just found out. This people at this complex are terrible. Walking in non stop, I have almost shot one of them cause again I have told them not to walk in without knocking. And surprise, they do it anyways.

The guy who fixed our AC system, was friendly and explained what the trouble was.

I think the maintenance team does a great job!

I specifically asked that the pest control NOT enter my apartment, to only spray the breezeway outside. When I got home on the day of the pest control visit I had a slip of paper on my kitchen bar from the technician. It did not make me happy!

They replaced the faucet on my kitchen sink there was a class to the left of the kitchen sink which has disappeared. It's strange because there's no broken glass or any sign of it, it's just gone. I don't know what happened to it.

The tour was just fine, except for the fact that they were running a promotion for six weeks free, which was wonderful, but I would only be able to have that promotion if I signed up right then in there and I was looking for something in the future and they also told me that their prices as far as per month rent goes up daily. That’s kind of scary to think that I would move in and be on an income that doesn’t change and the price of my rent would be going up daily.

Jose replaced our a/c filter in addition to fixing the unit. Went above and beyond.
