Since Mox took over, there’s been a significant decline at Rosemary Apartments. Noise control is not handled at all, and there seem to be more unnecessary and redundant fees. There's also less oversight regarding drug use and related activity around the property. Overall the community doesn’t feel as well-managed and welcoming as before. The previous management did a much better job maintaining a quiet, comfortable environment and fostering a sense of community with things like food trucks and regular weekly activities.

The maintenance team is great!!! They always fix any issues I have in my apartment in a timely matter. I also appreciate that they walk the entire property picking up any trash that's on the ground and in the parking lot.
