The tour was just fine, except for the fact that they were running a promotion for six weeks free, which was wonderful, but I would only be able to have that promotion if I signed up right then in there and I was looking for something in the future and they also told me that their prices as far as per month rent goes up daily. That’s kind of scary to think that I would move in and be on an income that doesn’t change and the price of my rent would be going up daily.

Jose replaced our a/c filter in addition to fixing the unit. Went above and beyond.

Since Mox took over, there’s been a significant decline at Rosemary Apartments. Noise control is not handled at all, and there seem to be more unnecessary and redundant fees. There's also less oversight regarding drug use and related activity around the property. Overall the community doesn’t feel as well-managed and welcoming as before. The previous management did a much better job maintaining a quiet, comfortable environment and fostering a sense of community with things like food trucks and regular weekly activities.

This is the 3rd request for same issue, I think it’s finally resolved
