Got my ice maker up and running!

Its been pleasant but I would highly reccomend servicing your washers and dish washers before people move in. I cleaned so much slime and mold from my dishwasher filters and the washing machine I had the first time kept leaving my clothes with a weird mildew smell that was impossible to get rid of. Other than those two minor things I would say everything is pretty nice.

Nothing got done. Outside of our door is still covered with bugs and spider webs

Can we please be more informative to your residents of upcoming renovations at least 48 hours ahead of time. Also for any required maintenance. Ex. If you know Monday, the work will be performed, notify residents by no later than Friday.Patios seem to be a collect all space, I would like to see cleaner areas. In our lease agreement, patios are to be clean and not used as storage areas but I see quite a few that are used in this manner.

Hopefully the property pays and not residents
