They were both very nice and helpful! Thank you!

I’m grateful for Jose comes here and fix the issue. But the management told me the problem was gonna fix the same day after handling a previous emergency and they never came that day. I really appreciate Jose he always attend everything in a timely manner. But my advise to management is reply emails and calls when is needed.

Great place thank for your professionalism !

Whether has any business phone number, when we have problems, we can call?

The maintenance team is the best I have ever seen. Great group of young men!

I truly enjoy my experience living at Rosemary however, I would appreciate if management would enforce stronger regulations for late night noise control.

He was very respectful and got us back up and running fast

Great.

Like always the maintenance staff has been so amazing! Thank you!

Got my ice maker up and running!
