Can we please be more informative to your residents of upcoming renovations at least 48 hours ahead of time. Also for any required maintenance. Ex. If you know Monday, the work will be performed, notify residents by no later than Friday.Patios seem to be a collect all space, I would like to see cleaner areas. In our lease agreement, patios are to be clean and not used as storage areas but I see quite a few that are used in this manner.

The maintenance request was addressed quickly and the representative was very friendly and went up and beyond. My sink is working great. He also brought an air freshener for the filter which I really appreciate. Although there is more to be addressed regarding the vents, he cleaned the metal coverings really well and did everything he could to assist regarding that issue.

After finishing the maintenance, you should leave a note indicating that it was completed.

The maintenance team is amazing! I submitted a request this morning and did not know if I made the cutoff time but he was here in less than an hour. Great staff

As I am close to my year anniversary from signing my lease I can say I have no complaints honestly. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The community here is nice as well.
