The check in experience with the kiosks at OSP is awful. The kiosk for Neuroscience shouldn’t be on the same table with the ThedaCare kiosks, it’s just confusing. After check in on the kiosk, there is no prompt telling you to go to the 3rd floor so you would assume you just sit in the waiting room behind the kiosk table. If I’ve never been to the location, how would I know any of this? The greeters should not make it feel like the check in process is intuitive.
