Very clean and secure but expensive

Overall, the facility is very good. The areas inside and outside the storage buildings are clean, well-lit, and feel secure. The gate access and exit system works quickly and easily. The staff I've spoken to with on the phone have been friendly and helpful. I ranked it a 9 instead of 10 because my storage locker had some spilled, dried cat food in two corners of the floor that I cleaned up as best that I could upon move in. The cat food was not easy to see at first glance, so I can see how it would've been missed when the locker was prepped for me. Not a big deal.
