There was no communication..very cold, and unwelcoming demeanorTHERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION!Do better!As stated earlier, no communication..I'm guessing it wasn't a "good" day to bring my vehicle in for serviceI was greeted by a salesperson..I had to literally say good morning before the service person greeted me back

I don’t have any improvement opportunities to share. However, I will share this. I was met by Anthony as soon as I pulled onto your lot, and his greeting was; I’ve been waiting on you all day, with a smile. My question was, who is Mitsubishi?That young man took me on a historical tour of the company while showing me the car I didn’t know I needed. And the time it took from me pulling into the dealership and walking out of Mr Mo office was no more than 2 hours. Game Changer!The thing is I wasn’t shopping for a vehicle that day, the care, knowledge and professionalism that was shown by Anthony and Mo made me feel safe in a purchase that day.Because of the customer service Anthony Jackson provided to me
