I would recommend Royal Mitsubishi to my friends and family due to the excellent customer service. Nathan, in the service department, treat you like family versus a customer. He always have a smiling face, polite and respectful. It makes you want to continue purchasing from this company.

I have an issue because I transferred my license plate to my new Vehicle but I asked the finance guy Mr. Williams why was I being charge for another license plate when I have my own and I know I should not have paid again because it was a transfer not a new Plate. I have a Military plate that is why I transferred it.it was at night and I did not notice it until the next day but glue was left on the vehicle where the plastic was taken off. But they made it right the next day when I went back and showed them. Maybe because it was at night they could not see it themselves. Understandable.Only thing I can see need improvement is that when sales person is working with you than that person need to respond to you in a timely manner. not the next day or two.I rated a 4 because in the beginning the sales person was not texting me back or calling me back.In the beginning the sales person was not calling me back. But in the end after speaking with the DM things got better.
