We were there at the dealership 4-5 hoursWhich we hadn’t anticipated. We bought a new car 2 1/2 years ago and it didn’t take nearly that long.The long time we were there and other information I stated, I guess was worth the car we purchased. We LOVE our new Outback so far. We have so much more in this car than we had in our RAV4.Our salesman was very new and we feel she did a good job. Being our first time to Mitsubishi, we would have preferred though to have been with a veteran. We know everyone has to get their experience and we respect that. We were led to believe though that there were a lot of newbies. I think they had just “ cleaned house”.

Nathan is always very polite, he makes sure everything is checked and is working in perfect order before leaving with your vehicle. If there is anything that you think is wrong he immediately have you come back to have the problem checked out and resolve. He also makes you feel comfortable while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced.Always on time very direct about getting the problem fixed in a timely manner
