I couldn’t recommend them more highly. A truly helpful and friendly team!The service team was great! They were able to get us in quickly, repaired our vehicle quickly and did it all with great communication and friendly customer service. The price was also very fair.

N/ANathan was the perfect host. He listened to my issue and provided clear, concise direction. He scheduled my appointment based on my getting my car towed from 90 miles away. His team was ready to begin work the second the car was delivered. The service repair was completed as promised and I was provided with a loaner car while the team waited a part that had to be ordered. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Royal Mitsubishi.

Someone sprayed something that made my allergies start nose running and breathing affected. I had to go outside. Nathan said she sprays something everyday so everyone knows when she gets there.Clean wasn't part of service or that I know of. The audio was messed with so I had to fix time which wasn't messed up prior. Since my visit my mirrors aren't going out like they are supposed to or adjusting at the door control which again wasn't broken so I have to return to dealership.Sprays should be used at home not a business. It was chilly outside that morning but the smell gave me no option. Nathan is awesome at his job. I didn't appreciate the text I needed a back brake job when they are practically new!! Whatever the recall was I think messed up some other areas of my car so I have to return. I have never had these issues priorWell everything about my service was great except they recommended my back brakes needed changing when it was done in May. I brought it by that shop and they are fine and have warranty.

As long as MRS SANDRA IS there my business will remain she sold me my very first luxury car and always makes the process very easy stress free I sooo love Mrs Sandra I’m trying to get my whole family with royal Mitsubishi and let’s not talk bout the delivery!!! I did not know that yall did delivery and when I told my aunt she was floored and said she is looking for a truck now and I so politely sent Mrs SANDRA’s contact info!I love MRS SANDRA! She is my go to whenever I’m there or even looking for a vehicle I call up there for her and if she is not there I wait for the next t business day
