Surprisingly everything went very smoothly! You typically have breakfast, lunch and dinner at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle! LolMy salesman seemed so genuine! I feel like we had a great rapport and that’s what made me return the next day to purchase the vehicle

The dealership was closing so I didn't get the full service that day. I have to go back.I understand credit plays a big part but the payment was a lot higher than I expected.My process to buy the vehicle was very easy.

The reason I gave it a four is because I would have liked lower monthly payments however my sales rep did explain to me that in a couple years that I have more optionsExcellent service. Warranty is best on the market and my new outlander is simply awesome
