This Condominium is well maintained. Always kept clean, service requests are attended to right away, the grass gets cut regularly and they always keep the residents in mind with community events. The units are spacious, updated and in wonderful condition. And the staff is fantastic, very friendly, professionals and caring.

Excellent service and profesionalism

I like living in the Running Brooks community because it is safe and I feel comfortable when I’m walking around or sitting on the porch. management is very helpful and always willing to help. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I am very satisfied living here at Running Brooks. I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. The manager and staff they are awesome. I could have a maintenance problem in the morning and before the end of day. The situation is handled.
