The fact that I bought a brand new vehicle from them and they make you pay for loaners and charge a diagnostic fee on a car with less than 15,000 miles on it is absurd. I bought from Mitsubishi because I thought the customer service would be amazing. It has not been.

9:30 in the morning and they didn't have donutsat my age friends all know what we want and like, if someone asks about Mitsubishi, I'd talk it up, but to most people its just a car.
