9:30 in the morning and they didn't have donutsat my age friends all know what we want and like, if someone asks about Mitsubishi, I'd talk it up, but to most people its just a car.

I went there, thinking it was going to be done on a Saturday. I sat at a restaurant for three hours in my car sat in the parking lot. I wish I would’ve been texted instead of just called.(call never came through) I had to drive back up a few days later, an extremely busy week for us. But they did give me a rental so that was nicei’d say if you don’t get through with a phone call and you don’t leave a voice message definitely text. You also showed me a video of the problem before it was fixed. It would’ve been nice to see a video of the axle seal cleaned up and done. I’m hoping it’s done. I never saw it.I don’t recall being asked that question at all. And again they said they called me, but my phone never rang and it never showed the phone number or even a missed call. I did not have a text message and I did not have a voicemail.

The car wash was not working at the time of my scheduled oil change, and that was included as part of the service. I was not offered another opportunity to come back another day for the free car wash . Also, when I went to get my car, it had not been locked when sitting out in the parking lotOverall my first experience following my car purchase was good!!
