Josh was amazing. We drove an hour and a half to pick up a vehicle. The finance department got us in and out. Our sales person was courteous and kept things moving along. This is our second vehicle from this dealership. We are very pleased.Very courteous customer service our sales person was amazing. Josh did a great job.

the actual service was not great. Mitsi could be a low cost Japanes alternative but the service in MKE is horribleit took a while because mitsu is shit. we needed to send core in for failed touch screen. then it didn't work after repaira real dumpthe pair was incompletetry harder. Mitsi motors sucks these daysthe service managers are awesome-they should work for Lexus

The temperature was 17 degree outside and I spent 35 minutes in your lot looking over your vehicles. And at no time did any of your sales people come out and offer any assistance. But I once I entered the dealership I was immediately approached by 2 of your sales people that I rejected, because that meant they watched me in the cold while they remained warm inside the dealership. I was then assigned a gentleman named Joshua who served me and completed the transaction, and I was satisfied completelyUnfortunately the Government shutdown affected my credit score, and as a continuous customer that should have been taken into account when the interest rate was being appliedI am a repeat customer and I'm happy with your product
