As stated before I was blindsided with the extra cost of $1091 over what we discussed due to the maintenance package.An answer was required so no is place for those areas. When I looked at your waiting area it is very small and uninviting.Val is a very good salesman. He took time with me and made sure I understood everything. I really felt appreciated for shopping with your company. And thank you for the cookies.Val the salesman was excellent. He came out and greeted me something I appreciated greatly. Robert was excellent in getting me a better comfortable number when it came to payments. Jesse went ahead and got my apr down from 20% to 10.84%. My only gripe is that my paperwork does not reflect the amount the should be and in the end I was hit with an extra $1091.00. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

They were wonderful except do not promise the person the vehicle before they get there then the person is unsure about whether they will get it when so many documents are requested and the credit check isn’t even done yet. They should start saying “let’s try to get you in a vehicle.”They were knowledgeable and did the best job ever to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted.
