My total for my oil change was $100 and I used a $20 off coupon. My last oil change was $100 so I’m not sure why my cost was so high… Otherwise everything was good and I used the complimentary shuttle service.

On my first purchase, not this one I feel I got my interest rate rolled on me higher than normal. And then on the second purchased, the detail Department. could use some extreme Help..

Takes 2 1/2 hours for oil change. Lounge treats great. Washing service nicely done but took forever.

Advisor was new but the amount of time it took from my appt at 0930 until the time i was able to leave around 3pm was a bit excessive.The advisor did update me sporadically but the collision center failed to communicate with me or the advisor before they took my truck without service dept knowledge to do a damage estimate which made the service dept search for my truck for 30min before they could start diagnosing my truck as well as perform basic service.The other problem not with the advisor or collision is the website as well as the chevy app since i was unable to add specific comments to my appt which then required me to call to ask someone to add comments i couldnt which has been a systemic problem i have experienced multiple times.Then the dealership added a bot automated system for service dept scheduling which made things more difficult.

Takes too long to get an appointment.

You could have ordered the part that I needed replaced and had it on hand before my appointment for the repair.

Nothing,the price was just higher than I expected

I dropped off my truck as the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I was called back to verify that I wanted to have them put a new battery in. I mentioned I had a coupon for $200 for a battery and they said to bring it in. When picking my truck, the said the total was approx $450. I told them about the coupon, they said it didn’t apply to my truck. After going over the fact that the coupon did apply to my truck, they finally adjusted the price to $200. They did, however, charge me $180 for a diagnostic fee which I was not expecting. I explained that I needed a new battery and had a coupon, but when picking it up, I was told that the coupon didn’t apply and there was a diagnostic fee for a battery. What should have been $200, came to over $400. Not happy with this experience.
