Overall experience during this visit was great!

Dr. Hubbard was prompt, friendly and reassuring. He gave me a clear explanation and it made sense.

My visit was preliminary, and it was not at either of the locations listed it was at a clinic in Silver Spring. My visit with Dr. Hubbard went well. He was thorough and explaining the process and told me that I should make an appointment for the carpal tunnel release procedure with his office assistant. The technology was down so she was unable to make the appointment at that time. She promised to call me back the Monday after the weekend. She did not call. I reached out several times to make an appointment and finally was given one. My appointment is for 14 August. Unfortunately, they were not able to give me the time of the appointment just the date. These are unusual processes for me. I cannot rate the doctor based on these faux pas, but I’m sure the office mechanism is not working well.

Dr Hubbard is an excellent physician with good bedside manner and a personable disposition which is critical to delivering high-quality medical care. He is an active listener who asks relevant questions designed tp elicit answers that lead to solutions.
