Dr. Hubbard is excellent. He listens and offers alternatives. I find him to be highly competent.The fact that the check in staff actually remembers my name on sight is amazing. I LOVE THIS.On the other hand, requesting prescription refills was very frustrating. I tried online. Then I had to call. I waited a week for a pre-authorization request to be submitted to my PCP. I was told by Anderson staff that it was declined. However, it does not appear that authorization justification was submitted. Of course the PCP could be incorrect, but it’s not reflected in my record that a justification to obtain the med was submitted.

Very nice welcome everyone is so pleasant. Very good doctor. Very nice. Explain everything to you. I would recommend to someone else.

People were very friendly. Made me feel comfortable.

Dr was running late. I received a call to that effect and bumped my arrival time accordingly. It was much appreciated. Dr Hubbard took time to answer all my questions thoroughly

I’ve met with several doctors at Anderson and have been impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I see Dr Hubbard for my cortisone injections. He’s the best! He always makes me feel seen and heard and gives great injections.
