After a certain amount of therapy they kind of just told me to continue on my own with the exercises that the therapist gave me, and appointments were hard to get.

You should offer Telehealth for the pre PRP visit and Post PRP. There was no need for me to drive in for an in person visit withba Doctor that spends 5 minutes with you, especially since I live w hours away. The PRP injection was extremely painful and the lidocaine did little to nothing. Please be upfront. Also I am never seen on the time I booked the appointment. It's a little strange that you have several people coming in at the same time.. all waiting. Our time is just as valuable maybe even more so because we also have to pay. It's irritating when you make a great effort to get somewhere on time but then that is not reciprocal.

Dr. Hubbard has always help me with my knees and shoulder. My last appointment with Dr. Hubbard was the 1st time in two months that I went to sleep without pain. Thank You Dr. Hubbard. John B.
