I have been going to Anderson Clinic for many years and always was very satisfied with the medical treatments I received and doctors. In March 2023 I was treated by Dr Hubbard for the first time and was very impressed by the treatment he provided. He was very cordial, explained in detail what treatment he would provide, and in general made me feel very comfortable. He’s an excellent doctor as attested by others I know who have been treated by him.

Dr Hubbard was friendly and explained my situation very well and did an excellent job with the procedure. Wait time was minimal!

They could not scan my medicare card because it was laminated. They made a paper copy and said they will scan it in the back but they didn’t. That said you need to bill medicare as primary and my insurance as secondary.

My visit with Dr Hubbard was excellent. Dr. Hubbard is very impressive. He listened to what I had to say and quickly came up with an action plan to address each issue I had, and there were several. He’’s very competent, professional and likable. Hess a great doctor and I’m happy to have the good fortune of being his patient. The process I had to go through with the office to get a follow up appointment and to get the medicine for my injection was unnecessarily burdensome and frustrating. I went to see Dr Hubbard on June 26 and he ordered a gel injection for my knee. No one ever ordered my medicine for the injection and never called me for an appointment. The medication wasn’t ordered until July 25, an entire month after my visit and only after I called their office 3 times to follow up. By the time we got the medicine and I was able to get the injection, it was Aug 27, 2 months after my initial appointment I also wasn’t able to get a PT appointment during this time because they said I had to wait until I had my injection appointment with the Dr. This caused me to miss out on going on the beach with my kids and grandkids on our week Long Beach vacation because it was too difficult and painful to walk on the sand. I also asked to speak to the office manager and twice I was told they weren’t there. The checkin staff was great , but the Doctor’s assistant Tyra, and some of the people I spoke to aren’t doing their jobs in a competent and professional manner. No one is apparently managing this process or someone is clearly asleep at the wheel. For this reason I am very hesitant to recommend this clinic to others, however Dr. Hubbard is a great doctor and for that reason I will continue going to him and I highly recommend him.
