I scheduled an appointment because my shoulder, which I have already seen several doctors at AC about, continues to be an issue after more than a year. My goal was simply to obtain a prescription for another MRI so I could have updated imaging completed and then schedule an appointment with Dr. Naga.Unfortunately, I was told this could not be done without first having another office visit. Given my history and the fact that I have already been evaluated multiple times for the same ongoing issue, I found this requirement frustrating and disappointing. It seems unnecessarily inefficient for both the patient and the physician and adds another appointment and expense to the process without addressing the underlying issue.I understand the need for appropriate medical oversight, but I would hope the practice could find a more patient-centered and efficient way to handle situations like this, particularly for patients with an established history of care.

I was more than pleased to see Dr. Hubbard was still at Anderson Clinic. My first visit to seeDr. Hubbard was at his office in Virginia. Dr. Hubbard was very attentive to my concerns about my knee problem.

Wasn't comfortable with phone call stating if I didn't pay 45.00 owed I couldn't make appointment I understand times are tough and have been especially for us seniors was never spoken too like that over 45.00 copay just felt humiliated..I know it was two years but trying to pay for food, meds it choices everyday sorry 😞 for not getting you your money.I mentioned this to Dr Hubbard

Dr. Hubbard treated me in the past, and I was able to avoid knee surgery from his care and guidance. With my new complaint today he was equally thorough and I am confident this issue will resolve under his care. He listens, explores options, explains things, and always encouraged me to stay active as an 80 year old. He is the consummate professional and caregiver.

I’m so thankful my PCP sent me to the Anderson Clinic and Dr Ryan Hubbard. He and his team were wonderful, so professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and kind, and explained options for.treating my pain and restoring mobility in my shoulder without surgery. I will be recommending Dr Hubbard to others.

I am grateful to have Dr. Hubbard treating me. I enjoy my interactions with him and his staff. He’s been administering a steroid injection into my shoulder and is very careful and communicates very well about it, so I know what’s happening and it doesn’t hurt or surprise me .He listens to my concerns and has helpful suggestions and recommendations.
