I forgot to ask Dr. Hubbard to let me see the X-rays in the examination room. But I know he looked at them in his office, before seeing, me because he could tell me what was going on inside of my left knee. Of course I cannot read the X-rays like him but I do enjoy when a doctor points out details in the images and what they mean because I like learning. So, possibly, could you make viewing them both by doctor and patient standard practice?

I thought it was odd the doctor never examined my knee and also it appears pushing patients to pay for treatment out of pocket by alleging insurance approval process takes 6-8 weeks which is not true for a routine treatment

While the x ray tech was efficient, she wasn’t as welcoming as the rest of the staff and I felt like a number just being shuffled through. Just a smile and pleasant word would have been nice.

It was great to see and receive treatment from someone who looks like me. Dr. Hubbarb’s caring and friendly personality helped remove the anxiety I was feeling about my torn meniscus and chronic arthritis. I was very pleased with the treatment plan of physical therapy and supartz shots prescribed by Dr. Hubbard. In the past I have had success with both prescriptions.
