Wish for power doors.

I experience intense pain for over 48 hours after the injection. Something I didn't have with previous injection. I called Dr. Hubbard's team and they were most helpful

The set up you all have for the pharmacy is deeply unacceptable. It is a tiny space with no windows, that makes it very difficult for the pharmacist to navigate. There is no place for patients to sit (which makes no sense as many people getting meds have injuries) I spoke with multiple people about this during my visit. It simply feels like an afterthought of placement and it made the end of my visit very uncomfortable. This simply cannot be the best solution for both the staffers and patients, I'd rather go to CVS.

Excellent staff! Dr Hubbard explanation on what to expect with my knee issue was clear and his recommendations on next steps helped me cope with my injury tremendously. The support staff was also very helpfull. Thank you again for a great service and experience.

While I was with Dr. Hubbard ; I forgot to ask for a note for a special accommodation using the elevator . When we went back to request the receptionist was dismissive and she said “I can’t leave my desk” and refused to communicate to the team about my request. While I am still at the office ; she asked me to call and request it from the doctor. I couldn’t justify her answer at the time.
