Dr. Hubbard was excellent! Very knowledgeable and Explained things clearly, He was very friendly and listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I was in a lot of pain, though I knew the problem wasn't dangerous. The clinic was able to see me the next day. Stephanie was kind and helpful on the phone, and Dr. Hubbard was professional, compassionate and skillful in helping me quickly.

I’m not sure how this doctor’s office has high reviews when this has been the most frustrating experience with a doctor’s office I have had in awhile. I have a knee injury and decided to visit this office to get it checked out. Did the X-Ray, I was diagnosed with a lateral meniscus tear. Dr. Hubbard told me he would prescribe anti-inflammatory pills. Walgreens never received it. They received only half of the order for the prescriptions. Annoying but I let it slide. Called the office the following week, it was fixed. Did a follow up appointment with Dr. Hubbard again because after 3 months, my knee was still not healed. He puts in an order for an MRI and for physical therapy. They have a PT office downstairs, I go to make my appointment, they inform me they do not have the completed order. I call the office again, some man tells me he’s going to “transfer” me to Dr. Hubbard’s office. I’m NEVER transferred over. I call again, the person who answers takes my message, doesn’t lie and say they are going to transfer me, so I can appreciate that. I call again to see if the PT order has been corrected, she informs me it has. She transfer me over to the PT office to make my appointment. I go to make my appointment she asks me the left knee? I say no, it’s my right knee. She tells me unfortunately she still can’t make my appointment because it is STILL incorrect. How the hell is that mistake made? You have the X-rays, I’ve seen you twice and yet STILL the order is for my left knee?! I just called the office again, both receptionists LIED and said they would transfer me and they did not. Literally just dead air on the phone. And transfer me where when I called originally the person who answered had no problem assisting me. Those two just did not want to assist me. I’m done with this office and will be making my appointment elsewhere. They seem to be incompetent by making simple mistakes. This has been time consuming with NO progress in sight.

I have 200% faith in the Surgeons. Doctors, PA's , Nurses. and Administrative staff! The office in Arlington (Shirlington) could not be easier to drive to and parking isplentiful! Please take my word the Anderson clinic is caring and professional and damn good doctors . My spouse and I have had both knees replaced and I have had a right shoulder replaced. Absolutely satisfied and pain free! Thank you!
