Feel so grateful and thankful that the doctor listened to me and his assistant wrote the documentation correctly for the doctors approval where I am able to send the documentation through to the Nordstrom risk management group. They continue to monitor my progress and I do want to be honest with the doctor that my progress is very slow as well as he knows and has to let the Nordstrom people know. Also thank you so much for your care and concern for me. It is excellent. The service that I have gotten. I hope to get better soon however it’s two steps forward and one step back thank you again, of course.
