The Anderson Clinic staff was great and facilities very nice and clean. Xray techs were great. But I truly am discouraged and disappointed with the care from Dr Hubbard. When I first came in complaining of intense calf pain he never examined me but just sent me for an MRI. After MRI results came back clear he dismissed the issue and sent me to a neurologist. When I came back a 3rd time saying that a PT suggested it could be my knee that is triggering the pain he dismissed me again doubting that it was my knee, gave me a shot in my knee - he never told me what it was and I felt like it was to appease my concerns. He sent me off with yet another MRI order. When that one came back with several knee issues he quickly addressed one, gave me PT orders and sent me off again.. no clear directions or plan to address. I have had this issue now for almost 3 months - have seen Dr Hubbard 4x and have no relief of my pain or worry and am unable to get back to my sports. While I may visit Anderson Clinic again in the future I will most definitely be requesting a different doctor. Me

Dr. Hubbard provided excellent care. He is very compassionate and concerned for his patient and what the issue is and is ready to address it and take care of the issue.

I was placed in the exam room at my apt time. 15 mins later an assistant asked me “who are you here to see?” I said Dr Hubbard. They said they made a mistake and he will be in. He now was in a hurry and saw me for four mins. (Computer behind him had a clock and i noted the time) Said I needed another MRI and would return. But assistant returned w MRI order and I was not done asking questions to Dr Hubbard. They said he was in scrubs and in a procedure and would be 30 mins. I waited. I asked him about managing pain for what is now cubital tunnel and not tennis elbow. He confirmed I had cubital tunnel when I saw him earlier this year but he only discussed the tennis elbow issue earlier this year. I really needed more info on how to proceed re pain and anti inflammatories… he first prescribed something I would react to then lidocaine. He said i could use lidocaine and arnica combined - he walked out (seemed like he was pressed for time) i really needed some kind of guidance on dealing with the nerve compression and if this is different thab tennis elbow. The when I got home I see the MRI was for my elbow even after I explained that the PT i have been seeing has found that I have arthritis in the neck and they have been working on my neck and shoulders where I was finding relief in my arm. Shouldn’t I get an MRI of neck and shoulders? I am frustrated by the lack of time for the Dr to discuss the entire condition and he did not ask any questions. I feel the couple times i have been there it has been very rushed and I now feel cumulatively that I am not being heard. I called the scheduler on Wednesday about this to see if there was a better dr and she was going to call me back and although she is great, thoughtful and considerate it is Friday now and she has not called me back.

Dr Ryan Hubbard is an excellent Physician that I have seen twice and very happy with his care. The whole staff at Anderson clinic is also extremely professional and nice.
