I am very pleased with the process living here. When things need repaired or there are other issues that need attention it is always taken care of immediately. The office staff are very cordial to talk to if there is a question or issue that needs yptheir attention.

After nearly a year of troubleshooting the cause of frequent outage of the pilot light for the new gas water heater, I am pleased to report that it appears that the issue has finally been resolved. A number of vendors were sent out to remediate this issue. There were so many of them, I have lost track of each individual or company. Each encounter was handled professionally and courteously. I do not currently recall the name of the agent who, despite the frustration of various attempts that failed to successfully identify and resolve the issue, patiently and courteously worked with me throughout the process. I am particularly grateful for her empathy

Sac delta is awesome but owners can stop going up on rent every year. This is just not necessary

Always take care of any issues immediately and make sure to communicate any information that the property owner was told by utility/waste management company.
