A washing machine was replaced. I appreciate the owner being so responsive & replacing the old machine with a very nice, comparable new one. It took a week for repairman to come out to my house to confirm the problem...another three weeks to get a machine in and coordinate delivery. But it was worth the wait (and hand washing!)

I had an excellent experience renting through Sacramento Delta. The viewing and application process was seamless and fast, the agent was responsive and we really loved the property that we rented.
