The 973 Robertson Way house needs lots of updating and repairs to be a more comfortable and well worth living rental. The bathroom needs to be redone too, bottom, inside and out. The kitchen oven and stove. And backyard landscaping. I did enjoy renting from Sac Delta! Everyone was a pleasure to work with as a rental. Anything I needed anything Sac Delta was on it. The portal to pay rent was a relief.
