Renting with Sac Delta has been the best property management experience I've had. Every request I've submitted through the app has been dealt with extremely promptly. I've never had any issue reaching someone at the office if I need to ask a question either. I would definitely rent through them again I the future.

Sacramento Delta has been great from the very beginning. If I have questions or items in the house that need fixing, I have received notifications in a timely manner. The fixes were fast too.

Jason is very responsive and respectful. Our experience was very positive.

Daniel was amazing. It was a very difficult clog in our pipes. The first person who came out was stumped and called to have Daniel come to the house. This is a 100 year old house with many renovations especially plumbing wise that made clearing the pipes extremely difficult. Daniel never gave up trying every possible option to clear the pipes...I was beginning to think it was hopeless...but he found a way. He was at all times polite and professional and made sure the bathrooms were in perfect working order. I give him 11 out of 10.
