The vendor adjusted the pump and it now takes up to 3 minutes to fill. It's very noticeable during the night since it's the master bedroom.

Holy cow, the difference between Sac Delta and the previous property management is unbelievable. Sac Delta is amazing. Their communication and concern are way beyond anything I've experienced, and I am very impressed. I have to add Laryn Broussard is beyond competent and Sac Delta is lucky to have her. Super impressed, hope it all stays that way, I have no reason to think it will not. Thanks Laryn!
