I have rented with Sac Delta for the past 6 years. Anytime I have an issue that needs tending to they respond in a timely manner. Staff is always making sure I am satisfied with them.

My experience with SDPM has been very good. I have, however, had a few issues. The biggest issue so far was access to keys on move in day. I was told to come to the office. When I did, office staff had no keys or info on keys. When staff reached my PM, they were informed the keys were in a lockbox on the front door. I wasted a good deal of time on move in day. The second issue was my account did not reflect my first month payment. I had to contact my PM to ask for my account to be updated. Otherwise, my experience has been good. I have enjoyed working with my PM. She has been kind and responsive. She has facilitated conversation with the owner on a special request. I expect to have a good working relationship.

We’d like to acknowledge Cassandra Edwards and Donna Smith for their consistent kindness and efforts to ensure our rentals are up and running for us as tenants and the owner as well. We’ve had two homes with Sac Delta and have a huge appreciation for Cassandra who is so easy to talk to and has made a difference in our lives by providing us the opportunity to apply to our current home. Her kindness has gone so far with our experience under this company. I’d also like to highly recommend plumber Matt Williams for his extremely efficient work to pull up 5lb of tree root from our toilet pipes on an emergency flooding issue that would have ruined the floors! We previously were seen by LR Plumbing that pulled surface level roots that ultimately didn’t work. Matt got his hands dirty and was pleasantly determined to fix our problem which will resolve the issue and save the owner money in the long run! Thank you Donna for helping us through that scary situation and calmly instructing me to turn the valve off. You all are so amazing and we are grateful!
