Amazing customer service with getting rental, and moving in. Carol and her co-workers are awesome to work with. Only issue has been oven still not fixed so can only cook on stove top, and the top of stairs going to the 2nd floor the piece of wood is still broken and have nicked my toes a few times on it.

I commend the property management team of Kesha Jenkins and Nathan Palafax. From beginning to end, they provided fantastic customer service. It was a pleasure working with them.

The whole process from start to now has been smooth and professional. The property management, the owner of the house I live in, have all been great to deal with on everything. There have been a couple of small things here and there that needed fixing however response has been super expedient each time. Very satisfied, 10 out of 10 for sure.

So far impressed by the fast response time both of the SacDelta team and the availability and response of the contractors who have fixed issues.

Pretty good. The reason I only gave 4 stars is just that it can sometimes take weeks to hear back about an issue. That said, they are good about getting a professional out to the property to take care of it. I've lived in so many rentals that ask a million questions and try to have me troubleshoot or fix problems myself, which is really not my responsibility as a renter. If something breaks, a professional should fix it, not me. Sac delta is great about seeing my request and sending a professional to deal with it so I don't have to. It just might take a couple weeks (or months) depending on the issue. For example, I had the kitchen sink back up within the first few days of moving in, and they sent a plumber either the same or next day (treated as an emergency). But when a storm ruined the backyard fence, it took 3 months to get it fixed. HOWEVER, fence replacements are very difficult because you need the neighbor to pay for half, so I'm sure there was a lot of back and forth behind the scenes during those 3 months, I just wish they kept me more updated. I sent multiple emails asking for updates because I had no idea what was going on. Anyway, 4 stars because they're pretty good, but a bit impersonal; communication could be better.
