In the 11 years we have been with Sacramento Delta Property Management, we have always had a good relationship. We have had good response for any problems with the property and a good respectful way they have handled any announcement and notifications.

We had our fence repaired due to storm damage. The fence people left 1 slat not fixed.

I heard from you the morning I emailed. A convenient time was quickly arrived at, handyman came on time & problem was solved without delay. I would like to know why disposal jammed (no items were found) but he didn’t know either & it has worked beautifully since. Thanks!
