Usually when you see that there is a property management firm attached to the place you are about to rent, it feels scary. The absolute opposite is true with working with Sac Delta. These guys are awesome. Make no mistake, they were thorough during the background check, but they have been there every step of the way for me as a renter, and my landlord seems really pleased with them as well. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I would appreciate you informing the tenants not to remove anything that is in the home when leaving nor put holes and cords in the walls.
