2 years, no complaints. If I have a problem Sac Delta takes care of it promptly.

It was a good experience from getting the application approved, look at the house and signing the agreement. One thing that definitely could be improved was the online application form on the website. It was almost 100 fields required and you have to fill out things about "pet" even though you select that you do not have any pets.

I have been a tenant in this property for more than 33 years. During that time, Sacramento Delta has managed this unit for about 20 years. The current management team has been very responsive to any requests that I have made and I am completely satisfied with Sac Delta.
