Was having trouble with the misters not working,but felt he should of checked all of them not just the front ones. But that is just my opinion.

From the moment I viewed the property to this exact moment, everything went flawlessly. My agent was extremely professional, as was his staff....my new home had been professionally cleaned and the first sign of the slightest problem, they were on top of it like it were their own home. Not only did they solve the problem, but they did so within 24 hours AND followed up twice to ensure my satisfaction. By the way....the problem? User error.

I think the services provided by Sacramento Delta Property Mgt Inc are exceptional. I have been relying on their expertise since day one. I like the manner in which Karla continues to keep me informed whether or not if I am in the area or out of state as I am now. Most of all, I like the manner in which follow-up actions open items are taken while at the same time providing me with an opportunity to provide input if necessary.
