Job not completed. The Fence repairs took awhile to get started due to ongoing excuses given by the fencing guy. He started the work but did not complete it to seek permission from the neighbor to cross over to thier side. Permission was granted 5min after left however, he has not returned to complete the job. The last gentleman that came out to finalize the fence was great

I would like to have a clearer means of communication that doesn't immediately create a service visit creating a possible service charge for me. When something needs fixed, SacDelta has a very impressive response time, and I am incredibly happy. However, if as a renter I want to propose to pay for an upgrade or make a suggestion, I don't have a straightforward way to communicate a proposal other than through the maintenance request.
