I would like to have a clearer means of communication that doesn't immediately create a service visit creating a possible service charge for me. When something needs fixed, SacDelta has a very impressive response time, and I am incredibly happy. However, if as a renter I want to propose to pay for an upgrade or make a suggestion, I don't have a straightforward way to communicate a proposal other than through the maintenance request.

My property Manager, Jason Pickett, and his assistant Regina Pace are top notch staff! Always a great experience when needed assistance with Maintenance requests. The maintenance people that come out are very professional and do great work, in a timely manner. The website for rent payments and maintenance request is very easy to use too. Been with SDPM for over 4+ yrs and this is a great company to work with!!

When we first moved in, the house was not thoroughly cleaned. The floors and base boards were dirty, the backyard door was filthy and screen door broken. I think a better cleaning crew and attention to detail for new tenants is needed. It also seems it takes a while for management to get a hold of the owner to request repairs. Should there be a different protocol as to what needs to be asked and what can be done automatically without waiting for permission?
