Excellent property management they take care of any problem or needs quickly unlike most that keep you wondering if or when something will be repaired.

I would like to have a clearer means of communication that doesn't immediately create a service visit creating a possible service charge for me. When something needs fixed, SacDelta has a very impressive response time, and I am incredibly happy. However, if as a renter I want to propose to pay for an upgrade or make a suggestion, I don't have a straightforward way to communicate a proposal other than through the maintenance request.
