I spoke with a representative of the property and asked if I can pay a year upfront in order to keep my rate and he declined immediately. I thought that was pretty unprofessional on top of a new client that already paid for four months of rental. Price increase

I wouldn't have changed a thing and if I ever come back to this area that's exactly where I'm going to go I feel really comfortable with the service you guys provide there and the managers top shelf very respectful. The only reason we left the storage facility is because we moved back to fort Worth but as far as the management and the facility it was absolutely perfect we had no issues whatsoever we were there a couple of years and the manager is very nice and we loved it there it was very convenient to where we lived had no issues whatsoever thank you very much for everything
