Everything has been excellent, specifically the physical therapy. I also have received exceptional care from the staff including nursing and therapists. The food has been very good. I would recommend Sage Creek Post-Acute.

I am going to be sad the day I have to leave, because everyone has been so good to me. But I will have to leave because I am doing so well after my surgery. I was the first patient at Sage Creek and they had a ribbon for me to cut to welcome me. The therapy at times was strenuous, but I was left feeling very gratified and they were wonderful to me. I have absolutely no complaints. The dining experience was good. They go out of their way to help me. If I had asked, they probably would have even burped me as well! :) The meals were tasty, I was offered options as well. I would recommend Sage Creek Post-Acute.

I am happy with my dad's experience at Sage Creek Post-Acute. Everyone is more than helpful, pleasant and Dr. Bhatia, the Medical Director had amazing care. We were happy to be one of the first patients at Sage Creek. They asked our input, and how they can improve and grow. They were very concerned about us being happy, and we were!

I stayed at Sage Creek for a few weeks and my stay was great! The staff is well trained and met all of my needs. I enjoyed my private room and flat screened tv. There was a variety of food options to choose from daily.
