This is my second time here in Sage Creek and I’m happy with the care I received. I disliked the food choice, maybe I’m just too picky. I enjoyed my therapy daily. Thank you to all staff that helped with my care.

I was here for over month, the nursing staff took good care of me. I loved therapy, they did everything to help me regain my strength. I participated in activities daily during my down time, the music entertainment are great. My friends who visited me everyday liked the facility. I had minor concerns that were cleared. Thank you everyone
