Staff was very caring and supportive. Any issues were taken care quickly. Room was comfortable. Need shelves in bathroom and phones in room.

Everyone is great. Overall can't find a glitch. The meal presentation surprised me how impressive it was. Staff sat down by bed to talk to me and made me feel comfortable. Therapy was receptive when I made my goals and what I expected.

Very pleased with the positive environment of Sage Creek acute care. The staff was knowledgeable and caring...the therapy and strength building was effective....if needed, I would recommend this facility....thank you to everyone....
