The security gate needs to be more reliable

I wish the entrance that I use off the garage side had a opening a button to accommodate handicap people and I wish there were more Security there and that it was more marked as an the doorway cause it’s kind of hard to find sometimes for people also we used to have a a mat by the door and that’s gone and the door bangs shot so I just it’s the little things that cosmetic things that you know when you have a beautiful property and it starts to look shabby it’s concerning, but not a dealbreaker. It just would be nice. There’s a great group of people here it’s comfortable and beautiful.

I have nothing to add. Maintainance, Reporting & Timing are absolutely Outstanding!! I only hope it continues! Well Done !!! 👏🏾 KUDOS!!!

Quality construction. Spacious 1-bed/1-bath + den and washer and dryer and balcony exactly what I was looking for in a 55+ community like Sage Highland Creek.

I’m somewhat shy and it takes me a while to get to know people, but I’m getting there. I’m making my apartment feel like home!

Not enough maintenance and cleaning staff to cover the facilities. Lawn service is not maintaining weeds and lawns on 1st floor properties as they should be

Issues with the dog on first floor under me the problems have been addressed and it is better.
