Everything is clean and well taken care of. I have only been here approximately one month so right now I can not think of anything that is needed.

Didn’t fix it the first two times you were here

Water pressure is terrible despite several service calls. Rent is increasing by $60/month, and when asked, there was no explanation other than "that's what we set it at." There is no way to dispose of bulk items other than furniture, which has to be hauled away by residents.The apartment is well maintained and very clean

Continue to welcome feedback to make improvements to the community and make changes and adjustments when needed. This past year Christine and her team havs gone above and beyond to make numerous changes to ensure that The Sage is in pristine condition.

Work was done in a timely and efficient manner

Maintenance was called because my dishwasher doesn’t get dishes clean. Maintenance did troubleshooting concerning the reason, but everything was ok. I believe it is just a cheap dishwasher.

I think some of the outside needs some more care. Sage has a good group now of helpers with the upkeep around the inside of the complex whom seem to enjoy their jobs.

Maintenance response is ALWAYS, above & beyond expectations!!

I must tell all of you how much I loved living at my Sage home over the last five years, it is the best choice l could have made for myself, the team welcomed me like family. So many events to attend. Games, movies ,day & evening trips.Holiday events & so much more. Swimming & exercise days. I enjoyed it all. I made several lifelong friendships, l moved to be available for my little granddaughter after school & other needs with her while her parents were working. Will visit my Sage family from time & always keep in touch with them.Thanks to a great team, keep up the great work .Love all of you so much.❤️🙏🏾
