I've ALWAYS received very timely and outstanding maintenance response. No Complaints!!!!

I love the peacefulness of Sage and the beautiful apartments and landscaping.

The maintenance personnel are professional year friendly and courageous. Seem to care about residents.

Delmar is the best and I hope we can keep him!

We are especially pleased with work of Delmar. He is pleasant, respectful and does excellent work.

Someone from maintenance was supposed to stop by to spray my kitchen for ants on 8-23, prior to the exterminator being scheduled for 8-25. No one showed up on either date. Today is 8-6, evening. I have not received any communication on the issue since I called them on the weekend of 8-2. At that time maintenance told me they would file a work order for me, not to worry. I'm leaving to go away for a long weekend tomorrow. And I'm worried.I feel that maintenance just tells a Sage Highland Creek resident what they think they want to hear, not that they plan on following thru on.Is there any check and balance system here?Sandra Walcott#4204

I feel confident that I’ve made a great choice moving into the Sage community! The staff is welcoming and supportive, the residents are very friendly and I love all the resources to engage in socialization! These are the things that are important to me! Regina

I am very happy here and don’t have anything to really complain about. I wish the gates worked a little better, but I know that’s not something the staff can do. I plan to be here as long as I possibly can.

Delmar completed the job efficiently and timely. I didn't think that I had any hot water that the tap was not working. It was my stupidity. DANIEL came up and showed me that you need to pull the knob forward to give you hot water just the opposite of the other one. They were both very courteous and helpful.

The repair work on the ice maker was completed and I am happy to start using it.
