Maintenance is always professional, pleasant, competent and efficient at there jobs.

Came and quickly replaced the battery and stated if any further problems to contact them immediately. Made sure all smoke detectors were all connected to each other. Checked twice.

Sense of belonging is difficult for independent people with low vision. Consider including activities or incentives for those in this legal blind status. Also, offering the tenants in good standing the same rent or a lower increase rate compared to the general market keeps it affordable for seniors to stay here longer.

The community that has been built here by the residents is like a family . We can depend on each other. This has been possible because of the resident and Sage led events. It would be good if there was less turnover of staff.

Del came promptly and quickly repaired the kitchen faucet.

The water pressure is very low. It takes 15 minutes running for the kitchen sink to get hot water.

We may have to find an appointment less expensive. I’m trying to work it out now. I’ll be in touch.
