Package deliveries are a huge issue. Its not great during business hours but terrible after hours and weekends. Also more apartment direction signage is needed as explaining apartment locations is extremely difficult. Otherwise, I enjoy living here very much.

Each new resident should be educated about what to do in case of a fire alarm.

I moved into my apartment in November of 2020. I have loved living here ever since. I have made many friends. Many of the residents are very welcoming. We have many activities and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Upkeep of the patio on the garage side is not great. The amount of times that valet services have not been done excluding mechanical problems. I do object to having to pay more for a ground floor apartment when I hear the noise from the air units constantly .I do like this community and the people that reside here.

I am very happy living here at Sage and don’t foresee me moving out anytime soon. My apartment is comfortable. I take part in nearly all activities. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, they work hard to make Sage celebrations a success.

Waiting on replacement for kitchen sink faucet. Maintenance was called to help residents with no heat but have not returned with part. Also wash machine was checked for consistently being off balance with wash and rinse cycle. Said they would check back but have not returned.

The maintenance crew was a temporary however they knew what they were doing
