Nobody has been here to service the system yet. Still waiting!

I am very content and happy living here at Sage, having the availability to choose for myself what I do on a daily basis. There are many activities or groups to attend, as well as the long list of amenities to enjoy as one chooses. Looking forward to Sage being my forever home.

It’s widely known by family, friends and staff that I initially moved here based on the ACTIVE Adult Community premise. That being said, more activities that caters to the ACTIVE resident, would be great.

I may leave if my son and his family relocate to Charleston. SC in February. I've been fairly happy here, so would prefer to stay, but it's not possible to make a decision at this time.

I have a lot of things that I need to do and I’m trying to figure out because I have a disability that is causing me anxiety. I have Parkinson’s so I don’t come to activities after my caregiver leaves for the day.

I travel a lot therefore I didnt take advantage of everything that was available to me. But my stay here has been very comfortable.

We like our apartment and the management/service staff. Every issue or request we had has been handles professionally and quickly. There are many important things about living at Sage we had to learn on our own that should be part of an explicit information booklet given to every resident. The water pressure could be better.

Mike was very prompt in answering my service request. I requested that a motion light bulb be put in my closet, but he showed me and explained why that was impossible. I requested the filter in my dish washer be removed and cleaned, however there isn’t any filter so that problem was solved. He was able to remove the drawer in the stove and reinstall it to my satisfaction. Overall his visit was a success.

Well pleased with our place of residence. TheAmenities are awesome. The neighbors arefriendly, very helpful and cordial.
