The planner for the Sage did an outstanding job - interior and exterior!

Over the past year or two property management staff have become more responsive to residents BUT still have an unusual possessiveness regarding resident use of community storage areas and equipment (refrigerator, storage room near community kitchen), audio system).

We absolutely love living here and are really enjoying the wonderful people here. One of our best decisions, was deciding to move here.

Everything is clean and well taken care of. I have only been here approximately one month so right now I can not think of anything that is needed.

Didn’t fix it the first two times you were here

Water pressure is terrible despite several service calls. Rent is increasing by $60/month, and when asked, there was no explanation other than "that's what we set it at." There is no way to dispose of bulk items other than furniture, which has to be hauled away by residents.The apartment is well maintained and very clean

Continue to welcome feedback to make improvements to the community and make changes and adjustments when needed. This past year Christine and her team havs gone above and beyond to make numerous changes to ensure that The Sage is in pristine condition.

Work was done in a timely and efficient manner

Maintenance was called because my dishwasher doesn’t get dishes clean. Maintenance did troubleshooting concerning the reason, but everything was ok. I believe it is just a cheap dishwasher.
