The time that I made out the service request another problem appeared my kitchen sink was clogged and I didn't wanna bother anybody on the weekend, but he came and he fixed it first thing Monday morning along with the items and the service request. Delmar is always efficient always polite and gets the job done.

Over the past year or two property management staff have become more responsive to residents BUT still have an unusual possessiveness regarding resident use of community storage areas and equipment (refrigerator, storage room near community kitchen), audio system).
