I’ve visited a few other 55+ communities, and while one was a close option, SAGE truly offered the best “community life” with such a clean & welcoming atmosphere! And I must say, Danielle is definitely an asset to your team. Her bubbly personality and charm—along with her genuine concern and ability to ask all the right questions—absolutely sealed the deal!

I have been happy here. Unfortunately with my working hours I can't spend as much time to use the facilities. I am still working on that...lol Overall I have been satisfied with the apartments. There does seem to be a problem with the west gate entrance. I get home late at night and sometimes that gate is open which does not make me feel safe.

TJ diagnosed the issue very quickly and both fixed the A/C drain blockage and even changed the filter and performed preventive maintenance on the coils. Great job and a well trained employee that we are glad works at our facility!

The access to my apartment from the outside is not level, and floods each time it rains. It is also fairly steep. A railing would make it safer. I think a railing should be in the bathroom of any senior apartment.
